We will conduct a parallel investigation to any active or pending criminal case if you have concerns about the job the police are doing or have done. We will also do a stand alone investigation if you believe a crime has been committed and the authorities have not acted upon your suspicions.

If your client or family member is innocent of the charges, but the prosecution is going forward, we will conduct an independent investigation in an effort to establish guilt or innocence.

What we will not do is work a criminal defense case with the intention of getting the guilty party off. We will conduct a complete and thorough investigation and let the chips fall where they may. If our investigation indicates, or if we believe, your client or family member is guilty, we will tell you as much in no certain terms, and that is what our report will reflect.
